When you build with Garry Brasch Custom Homes, Garry's personal touch extends beyond simply constructing a house. Brasch's selection team has the tools you need to bring it all together and make your new house your home.
Once the contract is signed, the Brasch team will meet with you and coordinate vendor contacts so you can begin your selection process. The Decorating Coordinator is available to guide homeowners through the entire selection process, beginning with “under roof” exterior selections such as; brick/stone, trim paint and shingles to interior mechanical options like wiring, appliances and plumbing and finally decorative interior options such as; lighting, flooring, paint, cabinetry and countertops. The entire lower level of Brasch's model home is a showroom devoted to the selection process, so homeowners are able visit one place to see all of their options.
In addition, the Decorating Coordinator can provide complete interior decorating services for homeowners who wish to go the extra step and choose their new furniture, drapes, wallpaper or faux finishes, rugs and accessories.
