Garry Brasch Custom Homes Finish Level Specifications
After many years of listening to our clients and understanding their desires for various features and finishes, Garry Brasch as created three distinct levels of custom finishes to meet our client's wide ranging needs. The Estate, Premiere and Majestic Series finish levels have been created to meet those needs.
All our finish levels include the same quality construction features such as 3000 PSI poured concrete footers and foundations, foundation waterproofing with 10 year warranty, 3/4 tongue and groove sub floors, 35 year dimensional roof shingles in addition to many others.
The interior finish levels offer a wide range of choices throughout the home to meet anyone's needs. Some of the choices include oak hand rails with painted spindles or wrought iron, laminate kitchen counter tops or granite, appliances with standard or stainless steel finish.
