Management Team
Garry Brasch founded Garry Brasch Custom Homes in 1997. As founder and president, Garry oversees all aspects of home construction, from operations, marketing, budgeting, sales and subcontractor relations to actual construction. Charity Schober, vice president of operations, takes care of all internal operations including purchasing, estimating, securing permits, accounts payable, and payroll. As vice president of sales, Joel King is responsible for all sales and marketing. Randall Dooley, construction superintendent, manages all construction and runs the Service Department.
